Carson's Prime Steaks Famous Barbecue Of Deerfield

My fiancé and I went to Carson's at 4:00 pm. There a single table with 2 customers. The host sat us behind the cash register and we were completely forgotten. After quite some time, I asked a female bartender (black curly hair) if she could please get us a server and she completely ignored us. Had a lovely early dinner yesterday! We ate at the main bar. Both Cailey and Michael were extremely attentive!!!! Our food was delicious!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Was the best for steaks a long time ago. Upon returning it's the same great food with a new and improved building. Simply awesome! I had the prime rib and au gratin!

Pickup line sucks. So slow. Don’t waste your time. Ribs aren’t that great.

My daughter and I go to the Milwaukee location about twice a year. We are very familiar with the menu. My Bone-In Ribeye Delmonico was made to order and my daughters ribs were spot on. Had great conversation with a manager and our server, Jewels was fantastic. The Deerfield location did not disappoint. I honestly can't think what of they could have done better. Thank you for consistency and the enjoyable dinner.
