Rosenhayn Tavern - Deerfield

On the way home from Fortescue. At first we went right past, so we turned around....so glad we were!! Great little find! Pat the bartender (and cook) is so beautiful! The locals feel like they knew you forever. In any case will be back soon!

This place has a VFW/low header Vibe. Decent Touchtunes Jukebox and a beautiful pool table. The other girls were kind. Bartender was very cool. The building/setting has a lot of history. Many pictures of cartridges / personnel on the walls. Huge parking, small bathroom. The bar itself is a basic U-shaped bar with seat for maybe 30. Food/Menu is limited. You have basic food. I tried the turkey/cheese bottom. It was okay, but no imagination. I get the impression everyone in this bar knows each other. Price is very reasonable. I went on a cool winter day... I'm curious how it is in spring/summer. It looks like they have a cool outdoor area that was closed when I left.

Stinks in here. Literally. Smell is a combination of strong chemicals and old mop. It slept on my clothes for hours. I'm really bad as I type that, just thinking about the smell. Hey.

Cheap drinks, country vibe and a good old pool table. Near Parvin State Park.

Active and happy for people they have a small or size pool table which is fun to play good cheap food.
