Boots BBQ - Defiance

Amazing BBQ at a decent price. The food was great. Ordered beef brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich. Pages were Mac and cheese and beans. The Hornbrot was even excellent. More like a vanilla cake/ice bread. I have the sweet butter for the corn bread. I don't like maize bread, but here I like it! Boots BBQ is actually in the supermarket. I turned around to find it. I didn't know this was in the store. I didn't notice a seat.

Super good food, but last time I checked that they had a meat shortage and was closed hope that they soon reopen

I picked up lunch here for the first time. I stopped today because on the other day I saw that they have a special lunch every day and Thursday's special was pulled pork or pulled chicken with side and cornbread for $6. I love pulling pork. Let me start saying that was good $6. The pig was not dried and had a perfectly smoked taste. I was surprised by the amount of pork you get! I chose the Mac and cheese as my side, very good choice! The grain bread was also very good and I love the Jalapeno butter they make in the house! The guy works, I think his name is Mike, was very nice and polite. I'll return to try more food. Thanks for the great lunch!

Seriously amazing b) If you can try the Kansas City bbq sauce and its beef breeze. The wings are also amazing, and this comes from someone who personally doesn't like wings... the bbq Ribs could use some work as I think they are personally a tad too smokey in taste and could more of a honey bbq sauce taste. But still quite tender! Very courteous and friendly staff... definitely on napkins in stock, since this is surely some delicious but oh so chaotic finger food!!!!
