Feedback gevenThe new management has significantly diminished the warmth and friendliness that made these two restaurants special. It used to be a place where you could walk in, see a smiling face, and have a chat; now it's quite the opposite. While I'm sure the new approach may help operations run smoothly, it ultimately doesn't matter if it doesn't make customers feel welcome enough to want to come back.
Poor service system. To clarify, the issue isn't with the staff themselves; it's the owner’s decision to under-staff the restaurant. There was only one woman trying to prepare and serve food as fast as she could. There was no one available to take orders in person—just a screen that was very difficult to navigate quickly. The owner also didn't pass the savings from reduced staffing on to customers, as the combo meals were priced between $10 and $14 for typical fast food. Additionally, I had to wait over 25 minutes after placing my order to get my food due to the lack of personnel. Overall, the entire system was one of the worst I've encountered.
As a local resident, I frequently visit this restaurant with my family of four. I really appreciate that the food is always fresh, and during my last visit, Veronica delivered excellent service! We will definitely return for the friendly and prompt service!
Tasty food, but make sure you check your bag before you leave, sometimes they forget food.
Clean place, good food and good attention, Angelica took our order, she was very attentive and professional. (i usually don't expect much of fast food at gas stations, but this was a nice surprise)
