4c Bbq - Defuniak Springs

Honestly just find somewhere else to eat. I have been here roughly 5 times and the food is just not up to par. Solid atmosphere and a spacious dining area. But do not go here if you want great BBQ. Very little flavor added on the food.

Food is good They are closing at 4 pm now Their website and yelp have it closing at 8. I drove their 2 Sundays to find them clised

No matter which side you sit the restaurant or bar the wait staff is usually fast and stays on top of your drinks. I have only ate a few select thing from the menu but what I have ate has been great . I do enjoy the trivia at lunch, and sometimes dinner . They also have varieties of entertainment on different nights of the week it's also great that you can go to the bar side and order food The atmosphere is laid-back and fun it's a great place to go out on date night , a girls night out or even take the family in for dinner. They have karaoke and live bands on the weekend and church on Sunday!!!! I would definitely recommend reserving the banquet room for any party's/reunions. or a larger family get together. The beer is also cold and they have a full bar !!!

Over priced for what you get. Half the things on the menu weren't even available. This place is really just a big bar with some over priced food.

I had the sign at least 20 times, always vowing to stop and never having the time. I finally made it today. I was not going to get Bbq, and I changed my mind when I saw they had brisket. The sampler plate made it even more attractive because I could try three meats. I had 1/4 brisket, 1/4 pound pork and two ribs with fries and cole slaw. The menu said the ribs were fall off the bone tender... which I always hope is not the case. As a BBQ guy, I know what that means, ribs cooked to oblivion. These ribs did fall off the bone and were cooked more than I prefer; the good news is they had not made it to oblivion!! Very tasty and well seasoned and not overly smoky. The pork was also very good, well seasoned and tasty. The brisket was perfect with great bark. The fries were scorching hot and obviously fresh. Even though they were frozen, they were very good. Two downfalls were the Cole slaw and the sauce. You get two side with a plate, so just get something else besides the slaw. The sauce was just not my preference. Luckily the meat does not need it. Don 't know why it has a 3. Glad I came and you will be too.
