Their lemonade didn't even taste like lemonade, it just tasted like sugar. Two, their bagels don't havegreat contamination standards. I had a cinnamon bagel a week ago and it had several sesame seeds on it, and today my six cheesebagel had some cinnamon sugar on it. So in summary, it's not BAD but they really need to step up their game if they want a 5star review out of me. Oh and a small cup of flavored cream cheese was an extra 1.60 which wasn't despicable but a bit much tobe honest. For context my 6 cheese bagel was 1.79, so for some reason the topping is .19 cents less than my bagel.
Einstein Bros. Bagels catered a Saturday event for us. We worked with Ninette. She was great lots of communication and very professional. She and her team labeled each box lunch using the first name of each participant and delivered everything on timeat the location we discussed. Overall, it was an excellent experience starting from our initial contact to final delivery.
Asked for a large cup of water and got a regular sized cup. Unacceptable. Five stars.
Einstein Bros is probably the best meal exchange option on NIU's campus. They offer a variety of bagel options, from sandwiches to just regular bagels with schmear. All of their options are very tasty, although I have never had their nova lox, as I amallergic to fish, so I cannot speak to the quality of that. All in all, it is definitely a great place to grab breakfast orlunch and study, hang-out, or just relax and enjoy some great food.
I think they do a terrific job given the small space they have. Lines are often long (a sign of their popularity) but they move quickly. They serve a good variety of bagels and bagel sandwiches, savory sweet. One tip: you can ask for a wrap if you wantlower carbs. Plus they still serve Caribou coffee though not the full Caribou menu.
