Little Caesars Pizza - DeKalb

I don't know what anyone else is talking about that I never had a bad experience at this place. I always command before the time and until the time I pick up the pizzas are always hot and ready. They taste delicious and the portions of toppings are always right. the price is also quite good for what she can never get going wrong with this place.

If no stars were an option....this place is the worst. the workers are terrible. the service is terrible. it takes forever. they know they don't care that they're here and they'd rather not be.

No care. very poor customer service and lack of communication. they would think they would take at least the time to show their employees how they do their work. I have ordered from work by phone. it took 25 minutes to get here. After I arrived, I had to wait for 30 minutes until the manager told me that my order was not even on the system, and had to reorder and wait until my order is completed for 30 minutes.

So many things went wrong with my order at this place. to start the order lasted 15 minutes longer than expected, which was good, but then when I went to pick up the order, the wrong door occurred on the machine. So I told you that the wrong door is open and it just runs away. So I had to stand at the switch and wait for someone to reappear, who took another five minutes and then missing a part of my order. I will not order from this again.

WORKER SITTING AROUND NOT HELPING CUSTOMES. PIZZA WASN'T READY IN TIME, HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA 20 MINUTES FOR ONE PIZZA AND CRAZY BREAD ALSO THEY BURNT THE PIZZA BECAUSE TALKING TO COWORKERS IS MORE IMPORTANT. PIZZA WAS ALSO CUT UNEVEN. PIZAA WAS READY WORKERS THIER ACTED STUPID LIKE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. AND VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They obviously don't get paid enought to care.
