My order from the Papa John's app. I was 10 minutes away. The app said my order would be ready in 13-15 minutes. When I arrived, I saw that they had a pick-up window, a car was waiting on the window. I'm just waiting 5 minutes before I could go up to the window. When I came into the window, the young lady confirmed my order and asked if I wanted my reception. I said yes, and she said she was right back. And she was sure w/ the recipe, my diet Pepsi, my pizza. I couldn't have picked up my order in time. Thank you. Pizza was good and the Pepsi was washed cold the pizza below. I would post photos, but I ate the pizza before I saw the price of this place notification.

Papa johns in dekalb had some confusion with names tonight and we got the wrong order. After making the 45 min round trip to pick up our order the mistake was realised. However the store manager was extremely quick to find the error and was even quicker to make it right. Went out of his way to get us a replacement order and delivered it! The food is always good and the customer service is on point. Keep up the good work papa johns of dekalb!!
