Sonic Drive-in - Del Valle

It hurts me to give bad reviews, but people must be ready to sit on the Drive-Thru speaker for over 30 minutes without talking to someone. I didn't have to wait in a line, I could go straight to the speaker, so I wasn't waiting for preorders. I don't know what I was waiting for.

It’s clear that they don’t provide enough funding to adequately maintain the restaurant. They operate with about half of the necessary staff, which makes it challenging for employees to keep up with demand. We waited less than two minutes for our drinks, but even that felt too long. They really need to hire more staff to ensure that their current employees aren’t overwhelmed.

We asked for some shakes and they took 30 mnt for 4 drinks and when I asked to see why was it taking so long we hear the workers laughing at loud in the background. And then we get our shakes and they look like this no whipped cream no cherries and not even full. Really disappointed!

I had a negative experience here due to an understandable mistake made in the kitchen, and a lack of communication to me about. This ended up using my whole 45 min lunch break waiting for a fast food burger from a place called sonic. naturally I was upset but the manager had realized what happened she immediately took action to fix the problem. she was professional and understanding. the other staff were working very hard as well and seem luke good people to be around. Sonic if you see this, please stop forgetting the customer at the patio, its cuz our vehicles are over 12 feet tall. this also happened to me at Sonic in Kyle a year ago when I went to one last. it is why I waited a year to go to one again, I was irritated by it

Cost 22.00 bucks. No cheese on the tots, nothing but lettuce on the cold burger. No ranch. I repeated my order 3 times. This is the third time the food was bad. I think it can't happen again and it does. What is sonic gonna do?
