Starbucks - Del Valle

Inconsistency.. I?ve been coming to this Location for two years. I usually stick to the same three drinks. Every time, it?s a little off and only a few times has it been on point. I come here for the convenience, as it?s on the way to work. I usually get a Venti Shaken Blonde Espresso over ice in a Grande cup. I figured since it?s shaken over ice, why not eliminate the ice and it?s venti, so the liquid should fill up the cup.. well apparently they didn?t get the memo. lol. When I have enough time I?ll go to the Riverside/71 location. In all honesty, they?re consistent, every visit is different and they amaze me!

Would give it a 1star but the staff was friendly. Other than that the bathroom was disgusting and I am from LA. That?s saying a lot. The guy butchered my name and got it wrong which is OK but it was literally 30 seconds after I told him and it?s an easy name. My coffee isn?t fresh and Half the staff was wearing civilian clothes. All in all just very unprofessional. Nice but unprofessional

This was my first time visiting this location, and I was disappointed to see so many flies inside. Starbucks should improve their pest management to address this issue. The service was acceptable, the location is convenient, but I'm not sure if I would choose to buy here again.

Alex was incredibly kind and made the most delicious shaken espresso I've ever tasted! She truly made my visit to the restaurant unforgettable and completely changed my day for the better.

Recently visited this restaurant and found the location to be slightly dirty with numerous flies on the wall. The cashier appeared to be new but performed adequately. It took a considerable amount of time to receive my drink. As a result, I am rating this experience 3 stars. While this location may not be the quickest or biggest, they generally met Starbucks' standards fairly well. I was particularly impressed by a letter from the district or store manager, adding a personal touch to the corporate environment. Overall, not a bad experience.
