I came twice through the trip in Delafeild and talked to a very rude and inappropriate worker. She will scream while you take your order and, in my opinion, only if you? not fast enough for her. not friendly and likely should work in food services. The food also took 15 minutes and was lukewarm right after leaving.

Because as much as Dairy Queen calculates for her food, it should be fresh at least. All I've eaten in my meal, tasted hours old and my Gravy was like a lukewarm pot of ice cream without taste. The food wasn't even salted. There's nothing this place does that Culvers don't do faster and better.

However, there are management challenges and a shortage of staff that lead to problems with operating hours and lobby accessibility. Please be understanding and don't take your frustrations out on the employees; they're doing their best!
