Jimmy John's - DELAFIELD

I frequently visit this location as well as the one in Oconomowoc since they are both about the same distance from me. In fact, I would say I go to the Oconomowoc location more often. However, whenever I walk into the Delafield location after a few weeks away, the friendly manager still remembers my order! He's fantastic! It's a great, straightforward sandwich shop that is clean and convenient to access.

I don't typically write Google reviews, but I have to say that the staff working on 4/27/22 at 6:08 PM definitely deserve a raise. That's the team I usually encounter when I visit, and they are always fantastic! It's great to see that quality customer service is still alive and well.

I had a client who got car sick, and the staff went above and beyond to help me get water to clean out the van! These folks are highly motivated and really get things done. Thank you!

So my mom orders the turkey avocado sandwich because she loves avocado. We have never had so little on one of the sandwiches before. She couldn't even find it and had to ask about it. They said it was in between the cheese. She found it and was stilldisappointed about the amount. So I went up and asked for a side of avocado and got attitude about how they normally make peoplepay for extra avocado and it's supposed to be 1 tablespoon. It was definitely not a tablespoon. When they got us the side ofavocado, they had to open a new bag, so I'm guessing whoever made the sandwich, scrapped the container empty and didn't want toopen a new bag to put the correct amount on the sandwich. Either way, I didn't appreciate the attitude about corporate's policy.I worked fast food for 14 years as an assistant manager and I would never allow my crew to talk like that to a customer. If theysaid it wasn't enough avocado, then it wasn't enough and you get them more no questions ask. Not to mention, how did she evenknow that the sandwich maker had put the proper amount on the sandwhich? Also, when I walked up to ask for more avocado, she wasstanding at the register on her phone. The food was great but I was pretty bummed about the service. Although there was oneyoung man that seemed to be doing everything and had taken our order originally and was really nice. 2 thumbs up for him!

The girl taking our order was rude, and talked so freaky fast that we couldn 't understand a word she said. When we called her on it she got belligerent and very condescending. The other boys making the sandwiches looked embarrassed,
