Burger King - DeLand

A week after my visit, I still can't shake off the experience. The staff was unfriendly and rushed me through my order, bordering on rude. I ordered an OG chicken sandwich without salad and with light mayo, but when it arrived, it was cold, clearly not fresh, and slathered in mayo. The chicken had huge flops on both sides, and my fries were also cold. I didn’t even want to go back and deal with it again. I definitely won’t be returning to this place.

We waited about six minutes for our order, only to see the people behind us receiving theirs. It turns out the kitchen wouldn't even return my ticket! Overall, I ended up waiting around 15 minutes just to get my food. I'm not planning on returning!

Today the employees were nice and gave me a great deal of sauces! I went to Orange City a few days ago, and the drive thru Associate was so rude. I stay with this place: wish I had a reception to leave a good review.

Good food but they forgot one of our Whoppers. From now on I will check the contents. I went inside to order where this wouldn't happen.

I really appreciate the staff at this restaurant. I've been coming here for over 20 years, six days a week!
