Papa Johns Pizza - DeLand

I left a note on the delivery app to leave the pizza as Im still getting over a virus. My delivery girl waved to my ring camera and when she left, I found this cute little note on my pizza- how sweet! This location always always always gets the pizza right, delivery or pick-up. I think I’ll be tipping them a little extra from now on :

This location is trash ,don't go.Pizza was not cooked , and nothing but attitude behind the counter!

I honestly can't attest to the food because I rarely eat pizza, but I'm a Doordash driver and I pick up to-go orders from almost every restaurant in town all day everyday, and I can say without a doubt that this store consistently has the best customer service of pretty much any fast food/take-out restaurant in the DeLand area. The employees are always polite and quick, and on the rare occasion there is a delay, they are always honest and communicative, which I greatly appreciate.Good customer service is increasingly hard to come by around here, and these guys deserve some recognition for being a very clear exception. Whoever does the hiring at this location is doing a great job.

I gave a low rating on atmosphere because I can't rate it other than. The attitude of the male manager that works there. If could have left a 0 I would have . Do not order online as the manager doesn't know how to read or doesn't care to read what time is put on a ticket when it hits even if it is a slow day you don't deliver a hour early when it is specified for a time of 5:15 and not 4:03. The reason for the time frame was that's when the wife gets home and now the pizza will be cold and of no use to us! We will no longer order through papa johns anymore because of this. When I called to rectify the situation the manager was a jerk and tried to blame my wife saying she didn't order it right. Well the last 8 times we ordered there it wasn't a issue when it was done this way. My wife ordered right. They just wanted to hurry because they are slow.

Pizza is trash for a 15$ cheese pizza pick up... these people have no idea how to make pizza... my pizza look like it has herpes... learn how to not bubble a pizza lol iykyk I don't even want the left overs to make space in my fridge... ?
