Tony's New York Pizza - DeLand

My wife grew up in upstate New York and has been searching all her life foe a 'New York Pizza ' like the ones she grew up with. Tony 's has come the closest and we will definitely be back. If you are concerned about crowds, this may not be your place. Still you can grab a slice and go, or order out. Even though they were busy, we were served in a timely manner and got our food pretty quick. And the place is well staffed with friendly wait staff and bus boys.

Formerly a resident of New York for over 45 years. Nobody makes pizza in Florida like they did in New York, but I must say, after living in Florida since 2005, Tony's New York pizza is the very best pizza I have had in Florida since I moved here. My only disappointment is that I live 45 minutes away. I guarantee you, whenever I am nearby, I will be eating pizza for dinner that night at Tony's. The prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking across the street. You might wanna get there early, because there wasn't a table available by the time I was knee deep in pizza. Got ours with extra cheese and meat balls.

Our FIRST time ever experiencing Tony's it was beyond imaginable!! We will be back anytime we want some more pizza forever! We had the garlic knots pepperoni pizza! All was to DIE for! The service was phenomenal! We were there right at rush hour for dinner on a SATURDAY during COVID even THEN, the service was beyond belief!!!!! They deserve some kind of award!! I will forever go back to this establishment anyyyyyyytime I am craving some Italian! And I haven't tried anything else, other than the pizza garlic knots! But they have a loyal customer for the rest of my life!!! THANK YOU TONY!!!!! God bless

Love this place! The pizza is so good along with everything else! The staff is friendly and you can't beat the prices on food this good.

Nice place to eat. Owners usually there and talk to customers. Reasonably priced meals
