Toppers Tuxedos - Delano

I had my wedding on 9/10/22 and hired Toppers for their wedding services. We had Victor officiate our wedding and had Adriana as our event coordinator. They both went above and beyond to make our special day great! The wait staff was amazing and very professional! I really enjoyed the chamoy fountain and fruit bar! We had a great time and everything went as planned thanks to Victor and Adriana and their amazing staff!

I hired Toppers to Bartender a Wedding in September 2022. We paid for 2 bartenders labor only. We were told we would get 2 Bartenders that would arrive an hour before service was to start and they would prep everything. We got 1 bartender and 1 bar back helper. The bartender showed up 30 mins before the event in a cut off sleeve shirt barking orders and questions. This bartender had zero manners or personality, was 100% rude from the start to everyone including the bridal party. He did put on a collared shirt when we opened the bar. I emailed Toppers with a list of complaints from this particular bartender and after 10 days have not heard a response. I also have left 4 messages at the place of business for Victor and was told he has gotten my messages but is really busy. At this point if Toppers doesn 't care about their service, there is nothing I can do about that but let fellow consumers know this is not the Bartendering service you want at your event. This particular Bartender over poured every single drink and when he was told to cut back on the serving size he then told fellow wedding guests and groomsmen that he was told to ration the alcohol so we wouldn 't run out but if he doesn 't see drunk people than he isn 't doing his job. Every guest said that the drinks were horrible and too strong and many drinks were left untouched after the first sip. We were told to buy 2 ounce shot glasses and they would serve 1 ounce, they night of the event the shot glasses were overflowing. We were told by Toppers to buy lots of limes and lemons for the margaritas and only 2 bags were used the whole night. He had a huge line of guest waiting to be served and when asked were the second bartender was he said setting up but he was nowhere to be found, we had family get behind the bar to help serve. We had a pregnant lady ask him for a Shirley temple and he rolled his eyes and said we did not have grenadine. The grenadine and cherries were on a shelf right behind him in arm 's length, when the father of the groom asked for a non-alcoholic beer he asked him to repeat the order rolled his eye and said he didn 't know if we had any, even though it was on our bar menu. The father of the groom told him it was in the ice chest. Topper 's Bartendering Service was a nightmare and a HUGE disappointment. If I had known all the complaints I now know I would of sent him home before the night was over without a hesitation. I think I have shared enough but there is more to this but I am done with this review. Bottom line: DO NOT USE THE BAR SERVICE FROM TOPPER 'S IN DELANO.

For and man or woman wanting to look their best, look no further. Toppers caries a nice quality selection of formal clothes, shoes, cologne, and other great things. I’ve been going to Toppers for approximately two years now and have never had bad service or bad products. 10/10 recommend!

I needed last minute help getting a suit for a funeral, I'm out of state and Victor was very accommodating. Unfortunately my family member not show up to the appointment and Victor was still very understanding. Although we were not able to complete the transaction, the customer service goes a long way and worth more than 5 stars. I have no doubt that the experience would have been awesome.
