The mala shredded tofu didn’t appear shredded or fried as expected. Additionally, the General Tso's Chicken was quite soggy. Overall, it was not a good experience.

The Sprite was diluted and tasteless. The rice was unevenly cooked, with some parts overdone and others undercooked. The chicken was dry and overcooked. However, the pineapple, vegetables, and sauce were excellent! The food has potential but needs improved timing in the cooking process. At least the chicken was well-seasoned; it just needed to be cooked properly.

Terrible experience. The rice was undercooked, the sesame chicken was chewy and lacked flavor, and the egg rolls tasted burnt. The dumplings were excessively salty, and even the crab rangoons were disappointing. On the bright side, the delivery was very quick, so I can't blame Door Dash for this. I spent $70, and more than half of it went straight in the trash. Absolutely awful.

The staff is friendly and the food is great. The restaurant is under new management, and there have been some changes to the menu. The quality of the food is at least as good as it was before, if not better. Feel free to place a pickup or to-go order—just note that they only offer pickup, not delivery.

So, we were loyal customers of Zollen for years, and we were really nervous about trying it under new ownership. That being said, my husband and I decided to give it a shot tonight. I ordered the chicken meat, and it tasted just like I remembered! I’m so happy! My husband ordered only sweet and sour chicken, which came with some unexpected vegetables—a great addition. However, it would have been nice if the chicken had been served with a side instead of being a bit soggy on its own. Overall, we enjoyed the food!
