Coffeeology - Delaware

Nice little coffee shop. Very limited food offers. Pastries etc. no meal. Coffee was good. The atmosphere was great. Good place for a cuppa and meeting or work to do.

My favorite coffee shop at all times. I'd go here about 4 times a week to get coffee and do my homework. Super unique shop on the right and seating around the shop. I love the rotating seasonal options, it makes it so that I always had something new to try. If I had to write something, I wish there were more seats, as it is super popular and fills up quickly especially on weekends.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating when I placed my order. I absolutely loved my coffee flight! It was honestly the best coffee I've ever tasted, especially since I prefer my lattes on the sweeter side. They also offered a great variety of both hot and iced coffees, not all of which were necessarily sweet.

I visited this place specifically for the coffee flights, and they did not disappoint! I absolutely loved the Pistachio Latte and the Sea Salt Caramel Latte – both were incredibly delicious! However, I found the White Mocha Cold Brew and the Blackberry Mint Lemonade to be a bit lacking. The Cold Brew still had a bitter taste, even with the generous cold foam on top, and the Blackberry Mint Lemonade was just too minty for my liking. If you're a fan of fruity Ice Breaker mints, you might enjoy it! Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I think the flight sampling idea is fantastic. Unfortunately, it took a long time—over 40 minutes—to receive our flights. We went on a Monday at 10:30 AM, and the place was quite busy! The young lady behind the counter was doing her best, but it seemed like everyone who came in was ordering a flight. While the experience itself was great, the long wait is definitely a significant downside for me and could deter future visits.
