All were very professional and they loaded my car with a 1/4 cow. The executioner was also very friendly and kept a conversation while loading the truck. Since this is a small company, I paid with a check instead of a credit card that she really appreciated. The fees charged by credit card companies for small businesses are ridiculous. The meat was cut and packed on request. I'll use them again.
I grew up on a farm and I know something about fresh food/meat. I don't buy meat in a grocery store would never be (YOU DON't KNOW what you're BUYING). I bought from Del Meats for 15 years and was never disappointed. The consistency has always been there. The beef/poor etc. is all raised on site and the farmers do not shoot on the animals so that the meat is of good quality. So if you are a local, do your health a favor and stop buying (the unknown) in the grocery store and give them an attempt!
I grew up in Delaware and now live in Denver Colorado. Visit my mother for her 92th birthday. I told my wife that my mother always cooked fresh bacon. I was wondering where I could buy a few and I was told Delaware Meats. I went there and the Lord waiting for me was very friendly and helpful. I bought three pounds. Collect 1 to my mother and bring 2 back to Denver. I recommend Delaware Meats their prices are half as much as regular meat. I hope I can order some by post. If not, I will have my family mail some to me!
