Pizza Hut - Delaware

We order from this Pizza Hut probably once a week. It is delicious especially the pan pizza. Everyone who works carry out is extremely nice and those who have delivered are nice as well. We have tried the wings, the cheese bread and the bread sticks also and they are all delicious.

With Pizza Hut, you generally know what you 're getting. It isn 't going to be phenomenal tasting pizza, but you can expect that it 'll be decent pizza for a good price. And with their new extensive menu, there are lots of fun options to change up th flavor. All this is a plus in my book. But that 's where the positives end for this pizza hut. At this store, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. The service is terrible. We called in one night after waiting over an hour for our pizza (and watching the delivery clock on the website expire. When we called, they informed us that our pizza was just leaving the store and that it was a busy night. Well we got out pizza about 10 minutes later...cold, rock hard, and stale. Similar situations have happened to us after ordering here (pizza delivered cold, wait time expired, etc. We 've found that it 's just best to order there and sit and wait for it. At least then you get a good hot 'pie ' and it doesn 't take half as long.

We ordered from this store until my girlfriend started working there. It 's Pizza Hut, therefore edible at best. The company as a whole has discontinued the Mias, which makes me very sad because the Mia sauce is something akin to actual pizza sauce. The regular sauce is just plain tomato sauce. GROSS. The parking lot is tiny and, just like every other joint in Delaware, it 's the only one of its kind in town unless you head way west on Central Avenue, so when Friday and Saturday roll around, they get slammed. Expect some long waits.

Nothing special here. Average pizza. If you are looking for lots of toppings, edge to edge, go down the street. This ain't it.

This Pizza Hut in little Delaware Ohio has cheated me out of at least $40... Every time over the past 5 years I've ordered from there they forget something... rather it be the dessert, the blu cheese (69 cent each), the bread sticks... I never made a big deal because it's like 3$ there or 5$ here... not a big deal. Over the years it adds up! Last time I asked for a refund and the manager was so upset at my request of 2. 07 cent for my blue cheese they didn't deliver .. she got so nasty (video recorded and uploaded to YouTube).. I understand it's a small town but that's no excuse. The management is horrible. This Pizza Hut sucks and cheats ppl out of their money.. that's not ok.
