Was traveling home and needed a coffee for the rest of my trip ordered a venti pike with a shot of espresso, 1 Splenda and half and half. Got a grande was told that is all she charged me for and no half and half. Did not realize the cream was missing until I was back on the road. She needs to listen to the customer and not do what she wants.
I think it’s really disrespectful for a place of business to essentially prioritize the drive thru line while people wait for over 20 minutes for a single cappuccino or regular iced coffee. This always happens when we come here for whatever reason it seems like all the workers want to do is push out the drive thru orders while we all wait inside like chumps. An entire quarter of an NFL game came and went before I even got my coffee and by that time the drive thru had cycled twice already. They either need to hire more people or figure out how to balance drive thru and inside orders MUCH BETTER. Especially bcz you pay so much for this coffee…I coulda got a coffee from McDonald’s (which are very good btw) in a quarter of the time it took here. Very upset.
I ADORE the staff at this Starbucks. I feel like part of their coffee family. I'm always greeted warmly, they know my drink(s). The list goes on and on.
