Absolutely disappointing! I was recently at the Benslips Delbrück Cafe and was shocked by the fact that there is no customer toilet. It's simply unacceptable that you can drink coffee and eat cake, but then you can't use the toilet. It is impossible to empty the bubble if you really need it. Such a lack of basic facilities clearly shows a lack of understanding of the needs of customers. I will definitely not come back and advise everyone to look around after a cafe that will better serve their customers.
