Feedback gevenI was not very impressed with this restaurant. I only picked up some subs to take home (a 20-minute drive) and when I got home, I discovered that the sub rolls were extremely hard. It was disappointing because I didn't want to drive all the way back to the city. Additionally, the young man working there could use some customer service training. He never greeted me, said goodbye, or offered any help. I had to interrupt the next customer in line to ask for my order and even had to grab my own receipt from the register. I have never had a good experience at this restaurant and the management really needs to focus on training their staff on customer service.
I really enjoyed my experience at Subway. The staff was friendly and the food was served hot, making it a faster option for a meal.
Most of the meat is located on the bottom half of the dish. There is an excessive amount of sauce and it seems like the ingredients were just thrown together. I suggested going to McDonald's instead.
Ashley is very rude and should probably not work with customers. bring them to a back room where they can't annoy anyone with their imagination.
Ashley refused to wait on my family bc she felt sick and didnt want us to catch it, but she didn't have a problem serving the next family that came in. If she was that sick she shouldnt have been working with the food at all. Just rude and unprofessional behavior.
