Brooklyn Water Bagel - Delray Beach

My wife loves bagels, and I have to admit, they really have the best ones in town! I especially enjoy mine with an egg.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today with my husband, and we ordered two Manhattan sandwiches. We were shocked when the bill came to about $54 for just the two sandwiches. Unfortunately, they were greasy and had burnt ends. Additionally, the pickles were extremely salty! I won’t be returning.

I love the Brooklyn Water Bagel Company, especially today. Free birthday Bagel.

This morning, I decided to get an early start and visit the restaurant right after it opened. There was a young lady who took my order and gave me a cup for my drink. Not only did she handle the orders, but she was also the one preparing the food. As I waited, I saw her working in the kitchen on my meal while a line of people started to form, waiting to place their orders. I’m not sure who manages this place, but it's concerning that one person is expected to handle everything alone, regardless of the time of day. I recommend better staffing for your restaurant!

I love the bagels here. My fav is everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. Yummy!
