Burger King - Delray Beach

Last night at 9 o'clock, we went through the drive-thru. The man who took our order was incredibly friendly, he informed us of items that were available before we ordered, and was pleasant to speak with when we paid. Though the place seemed busy and a bit hectic, he was so kind that we wanted to show our appreciation. As a vegetarian, I love the Impossible Burgers on the menu!

I had a frustrating experience at Burger King when my app wouldn't work and I had to create a new account, causing me to lose my royal points. The person at the counter claimed they could help but ultimately left me to figure it out on my own. I left feeling irritated and wanting to leave before I became that difficult customer.

Old food. mustarela sticks fried day before. the manager was very unfriendly
