Merci to France for making baguettes and croissants. You cannot find as good a croissant or baguette this side of the Atlantic as you will at The French Bakery. There are a variety of breads and croissants as well as some cookies to choose from to satisfy your carb craving. The bakery offers sandwiches reminiscent of Paris for lunch as well as some options for a breakfast treat. There is a patio where you can enjoy your selection or you can get it to go. The French Bakery is a delightful place to get your baked goods or to have breakfast or a light lunch. Parking is available and you can access the store from both sides of the Federal Highway.
I’m a bread snob. This place ticks off all of the boxes. The boule and baguette were close to what I had in Nice. That’s a good thing. The breads are made using old school ingredients and recipes. Haven’t tried the pastries or sandwiches yet. The parking lot is small and you have to jockey for a space. This place is popular so they frequently run out of goods.I’ve noticed that the doors are closed when they are supposed to be open. What’s up with that? Get there early or you may go empty handed.
Third time we hit a closed door within the openings hours shown on the site. Very frustrating ans and totally unacceptable from a management.
Delicious pastries, sandwiches and croissants with a nice vibe. Comfortable indoor/outdoor seating too.
