Hyatt Place Delray Beach

For $400 a night, the hotel is shut down and has to be cleaned up. I was very disappointed with coffee and breakfast in the morning. Staff do the best they can, but the owners need to do something that this hotel can compete in this market. Service: 3/5

This hotel is amazing! We went to a Christmas party and let both of us bring us? Everybody was kind. Parking was available on the first. And you have many restaurants in front of the hotel. Rooms: 5/5

We were here last week. The staff was the best, no matter what we wanted. The rooms were kept immaculate and the breakfast was always good. The parking lot in the lobby was very welcoming and we hope to go back. I don't think I can think of a negative. Rooms: 5/5

Had a great stay until I looked at my credit card bill and saw that they kept me $430 and $90 up on my payment for the room 8 months earlier, and the $48 credit card. I contacted Hyatt and they said the $430 and $90 were authorization. I have never seen that hotel keeps this big and was shocked that they did not even mention that they hold at check-in. Others in the same wedding block had these fees not on their cards, so it seems that someone could be hit behind him with a surprise fee of over $500 without real reason. If you stay here, check your card statements after stay and be vigilant about adhering to Hyatt over faulty unexpected fees!

Great and friendly service from all the staff. Location is perfect for a night out in delray, close enough even to walk directly to the beach if you're feeling up to it. Rooms were clean with the exception of some items left in the fridge by prior occupantsRooms: 4/5
