Terra Fiamma - Delray Beach

Our server was excellent! We have been dining here many times but last night the food was terrible! I had shrimp scampi. I had to ask for lemons twice as the pasta tasted like it was drenched with water! NO TASTE WHAT SO EVER. The shrimp was not fully cooked. My friend had the veal. Same terrible water pasta, and the veal was tasteless. Is this how you cook for our local customers? Very very disappointing and sad!

First, they sat us at a small booth where my feet could not touch the floor and we had to be moved elsewhere. No problem. We saw other people having trouble with sitting in a booth with strong air conditioning blowing down on them and 3 sets of people seated there Asked to be moved. That’s so strange. I enjoyed the beet salad with shrimp atop. Could’ve also had a lobster tail on top. It was absolutely delicious. We went during happy hour and were extremely pleased with our cocktails. The other person had lobster stuffed ravioli, and the flavor of it was very good. We haven’t been to the restaurant in five years. Partially the pandemic. But I see they’ve come together with a truly Italian menu and we would return for some of the other items. Our waitress was excellent.

My favorite Italian restaurant. Food is always superb and our server Katie was terrific. Definitely going back again soon.
