To Kimberly Magruder, or should I say Karen, you are the worst kind of person to deal with in customer service. The customer is NOT always right, if they were, the business would tank in months. The date on the coupon is there FOR A REASON, and no, you should not have it honored just because you feel entitled to it. These people don’t get paid enough to deal with people like you. Know your place.

Staff is kind and efficient. Drinks are perfect. A nice place to relax and enjoy a wonderful drink of choice. Perfect.
