Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I usually order on the app and all I have to do is pull up and tell them who I am. Never have gotten anything wrong in my order, the food is always fresh and delicious. What's sad is I live about 10 minutes closer to a different location and refuse to gothere. Give the employees a pat on the back, they do a good job here.

This was my first visit to Popeyes! We purchased the 8-piece classic bundle with macaroni and cheese ???? and biscuits! ???? The chicken ???? was soooooooooo tender and flavorful. The Mac was on and poppin! A tad expensive with drinks but worth the $35.

0/2 on getting the order correct here. My wife and I have tried this Popeyes location 2 times in total since they opened. The first time there was a mix-up and our chicken was cold and spicy when it should've been original missing several pieces ofchicken with incorrect sides. It was a very busy drive through so we said mistakes happen and let it go. 2nd time was not longbefore writing this review. Once again we are missing food we paid for. 1 set of eating utensils for 2 meals both with side thatrequires utensils. Very disappointed over-all with both experiences. As a southerner moved north I was excited to have one ofthe few chicken chains I liked back home come to my area. Unfortunately I would not recommend this establishment at this time.

It's not perfect they run out of stuff, and sometimes the line is long but the service is friendly and the food is excellent for fast food. Pricing is in line with other fast food. But the food itself is far better. I miss the green beans that otherlocations used to have, they were spectacular.

Great customer service food was nice and hot. Got our order in a timely fashion. They also gave us a extra drink two people made the one drink we ordered. Thank you again! Best Popeyes in lansing.
