My parents have already been here before so it was my first time. We came here for the brunch since many of our friends have been recommending it to us. As soon as we got our menus tho.. it was only lunch. Apparently brunch is only Sunday so.. we got our hopes up for nothing. As for the actual food tho, my dad got a wrap and it was cold, and only had like two tiny pieces of chicken. My BLT was literally all lettuce and had like 1 piece of bacon. My moms dish was a special and it was actually pretty good, so I guess it wasn't so bad. The waitress was very kind but overall if your here for the food.. maybe reconsider.
Motel:On 14 October I woke up to Feeling something on me I swiped the area didn't see anything the next morning Oct 15 I saw dried blood on the sheet. Later on in the morning I saw two bed bugs crawling around filled with blood. I took video and pictures before killing them. I reported to the motel staff and checked out. Restaurant: Slow, low quality, had the tacos yuck even the rice smelled. Had bacon yuck who messes up bacon. Only thing good were the drinks and the waitresses were friendly. Probably wouldn't pass a inspection.
The service is spotty at best and consistently slow. The food is generally consistent, but don't expect anything that can't be bought frozen and cooked to order. If you order dinner be prepared for the over steamed mixed veggie of the night. Sometimes there is a special and sometimes there is a soup of the day. The music from the kitchen is often loud and not exactly what I want to listen to while eating dinner.
This place is pretty hit or miss. The first time we went in, we were forgotten, the second time we went in was great. The third time we went in I got sick. Since the choices of restaurants is pretty slim around here, if AND when I do go back, I think I will stick with oh, I don't know.....crackers.
2 stars in Anchorage 3 stars in Delta, but still left feeling like 2. I came here a few times for breakfast and lunch with other co-workers through the years and every time the service really sucked. Apparently if you're not over 60, and you look like your lunch hour is within the 60 minute time frame most earthly hours are standardized to, then you will not get service or food and you will be left watching others order eat and leave. Recently, I came in and ordered a chicken burger with cheese and it came half cooked, with the cheese unmelted, and took over 45 min after ordering to be delivered. There were only two other tables. Oh well, there is still that one diner that looks like a senior citizens home that will do from here on out, and no I don't know the name, just the location. About 1/4 mile north on the right side of the hwy from Steakhouse.
