Deltona Ice Cream

The ice cream is always 5 star, and the female manager has always been super nice (that one young couple is engaged now if you read this! . As for the owner's side of things the business itself has lots to improve on, especially considering how longthey've been in operation. I'll keep it short since this is a review. They should be thinking about things like improvedsecurity, competent employees (or at least ones that act like it , curb appeal, and straightforward signage posted throughoutthe property about their closing time and procedure I've lived in the area for over a decade and I've been to this placecountless times, and these are the only factors that ever dampen that 5 star ice cream. Hoping this is not misconstrued as ahateful review, but as praise for quality with recommendations for improving that quality :

Just went through the drive thru and got a strawberry cheesecake in a large cup the bottom of the cup is empty and the top of the cup wasn?t filled all the way up definitely not worth the money for that little bit of ice cream. Ben and Jerry?s strawberrycheesecake taste just as good if not better and I get a fully Full container!! Think I?ll stick to the Ben and Jerry?s at leastthe value is better.

I visited this store 4 time the ice cream is pretty good but my 4 time coming to the store this young chick did my order she did get wrong. I?m not mad or anything but her customer service needs little a bit of help. but the other time I visited the storethe other young chicks did a pretty good job. can?t forget the prices on the ice cream is pretty cheap lol compared to everyelse and stagflation but than again your ice cream is given in styrofoam container. One thing they need to improve on containersand where they place your food in.

This place rocks! It's been around since I was a kid, so at least 25 years. Ice cream is made locally and it shows. It's an old school ice cream parlor that brings back memories. Butterscotch Malt milkshake is off the chain! ????????

Terrible service. Walked in and five girls working. All chatting. Waited over 15 mins before they asked us what we wanted with an attitude. She acted like she was mad she had to stop socializing to do her job. She even made the comment to one of hercoworkers that she bets she won?t even get a tip. Well I did tip her even though we should have just left and taken our businesselsewhere.
