While this in itself wasn’t a huge issue, the troubling part came when I stepped outside to head back to my car and received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. This meant that I couldn't cancel it to receive a refund. I waited for a while, hoping they would correct the order status to canceled, but that never happened. Ultimately, I had to reach out to DoorDash support to get my refund. I'm writing this review because I'm unsure if this situation resulted from a simple error or if there might be some questionable business practices at play. If it turns out to be the latter, I hope this review will help inform future customers. As a side note, similar to another review I saw, when I entered the store, I made eye contact with about five staff members. One person at the bar mentioned they were closed, and a woman told me my order had been canceled, explaining that DoorDash was poor at communicating such updates. However, unlike that review, my visit was well before their supposed early closing time of 12:45 AM.

Terrible service. The bartender was rude and uninterested. I spent $70 on food, and not one item was correct. They didn't offer to correct any mistakes. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

This is a fun spot with delicious food and excellent drinks. They host a variety of events, including a bike night, which adds to the vibrant atmosphere.

Ordered a burger and fries. The burger came with no toppings, nothing, just a burger on a bun. I called and was told that the burgers come with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and mayo, but that has to be entered in the special request area. Why would I make aspecial request for something that is supposed to be on the burger in the first place?? The southwest egg rolls were cold andmushy and tasted like fish. The fries were soggy. My son vomited after eating the gyro. Do not order food from this place, itis terrible!

Great service food, even for Browns Steelers fans (WHO DEY). A great sports pub and if like pool it's a must. See you again soon.
