Subway - Demotte

Website says they close at 9 pm. Got there tonight before 8 pm and the doors were already locked. Looked in at the girls behind the counter and one gave me a cut off signal with her hand. Second time I've been here and they closed early. Last time as I was leaving as a couple of cars pulled up and one of the girls scowled and quickly locked the door as I left. This was again about 7:45 pm. If the hours are untill 9 pm doors shouldn't be locked until then. And web said the site had been updated just 3 weeks ago.

Went to this location tonight with my family after a ball game. It was 8 pm. The hours listed on the door said they closed at 9pm. The girl working informed us the dining room closed at 730 and we couldnt dine in. Those hours were not posted anywhere. Just a bunch of kids not wanting to do their job. Not to mention my husband had to holler my childrens order over her vacuum as she couldnt even turn it off for him to speak. Music blaring. Not a good experience at all.

Will mess up your sandwich, and refuse to remake it. They told my husband they would give him a discount on a new one, and that's when I called. They forgot to put me on hold while they called the manager and talked horribly about me and said they hate customers like this. Claiming my husband said something completely different when I was right there. I called the young unprofessional girls out for their horrible customer service and hopefully humbled them by reminding them they work at a gas station subway. Avoid at all costs!
