Hei Hei Chinese - Denbighshire

The food at this restaurant is not the best, just average Chinese cuisine. However, I must mention that the woman working behind the counter is extremely rude.

The food we ordered was the worst we have ever received compared to how it used to be a few years ago. It arrived stone cold, the chicken was all tough and stuck together, making it very difficult to cut through. We were told the delivery would take 45 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour and a half. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be ordering from them again, as we had to order from somewhere else to get a decent takeaway.

Ordered food for 7.10pm delivery arrived on the boot. Asked with special instructions on the Web for extra hot beef curry it was wow. Starter amazing service amazing never been let down by hei hei always great food thank you.

They were really quick to send our order the staff are lovely and polite people 10/10 would try again

Chips were very bitty and not fresh about a quarter went in the bin. Get 3 stars for flying in the face of the control freaks and only accepting cash. Would I return ,probably not.
