Morrisons Cafe - Denbighshire

Everytime we have visited this cafe the service has been terrible. Incorrect food, cold, and when you tell the staff they make you feel like it 's your fault. Very demeaning! TODAY! Sun 30th July '23 went to cafe to try again. Well, the worst EVER! NO STAFF! Told can 't order for at least half hour as only 1 staff cooking , cleaning, taking orders. Terrible! The staff member was not very nice, made to feel like we shouldnt be there. Probably frustrated no staff but could still be nice to customers. We have visited on a number of occasions the service is always the same, poor quality. No coffee beans. EVEN STAFF SAID THE PLACE IS FALLING APART!! SHOCKING! We will stick to our local Morrisons Store in Denbigh which is absolutely impeccable in service and quality always accommodating.

Shocking purchased a sandwich no butter or mayonnaise on the bread ordered a side plate of chips which had bee cooked in burnt fat

Ordered full breakfast, came and started to eat and it was cold and the bacon was very under cooked. The café had 4 tables occupied so wasn't as if they were busy. Just stood up and walked out and left on the table uneaten. Cant be bothered saying anything else but advise to go elsewhere.

The food wasn't cooked it was a total disgrace I used to go there years ago and it was always lovely food it had defiantly gone down hill

Undercooked bacon, overcooked black pudding, no beans, just assorted dry foods they had been kept heated. Awful. Waited ages for it too. I'll never go there again. Couldn't eat the whole meal. Went elsewhere for coffee just to put some moisture back in my mouth.
