Smoothie King - Denham Springs

I have visited this restaurant in Watson, Louisiana three times. There is a young African-American boy who works there who has been very rude to me. On one occasion, he was outside on the phone while there were cars waiting at the window. My friend and I sat there for 10 minutes without anyone taking our order. Two days later, I returned to get my smoothie and waited 15-20 minutes at the window while two white girls were playing around. As a manager for 12 years, I cannot tolerate employees playing around while customers are waiting for their orders. This boy should be fired.

I am typically a very patient individual, but this is not the first time I have waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru. It is unacceptable to wait 15 minutes in line for a smoothie.

Let's begin with my experience at this restaurant. I paid $10.98 for a large smoothie with no additives. I waited in line for almost 10 minutes. After paying for my smoothie, I drove away only to realize that I was now running late for my day. As I drove away and stopped at the second stop sign, I picked up my drink for a sip and noticed that my smoothie was missing about 6 to 10 ounces. This was not what I expected for the price I paid. Smooithe king, you need to do better.

Best smoothie king I have ever had in my life! Whomever is working today 7/25/23 we need y’all there everyday. Whomever made these smoothies did them perfect. They are not watery and are smooth creamy and extremely delicious.

On January 15,2022 i dropped my wallet in the parking lot (i did not realize it) the next day i get a message from the assistant manager Emily Lavender thru facebook it had been found. With no info (phone number) she had a job finding me. The employee who turned in my wallet was Emma. This is two very honest employees. 100% of my contents was still in wallet. With all the crime in our area i feel very blessed to of ran across these two. So shout out to Emma and Emily Evelyn Hays
