Feedback gevenThe sandwiches were not toasted, and my husband ordered the chicken and bacon melt, which turned out to be the most disappointing sandwich I've ever seen. It looked nothing like it was supposed to, and it was just stuffed into a brown paper bag.
I like to eat at Subway from time to time. However, some of their locations could benefit from a bit of customer service training. Additionally, if a sandwich is featured on the menu board, there should be an option for it. Just a heads up: they tend to overcharge for items like bacon and cheese, even if the menu indicates that these toppings are included with the sandwich.
The managers at this location are rude and unpleasant! It’s no wonder they struggle to keep employees. After I placed my order, which was prepared by a very polite and well-mannered young man, I overheard the managers discussing the possibility of firing him for not having reliable transportation. By "reliable," they meant he didn’t own a car, even though he has never been late or missed a shift. Interestingly, they seem to have a problem with employees showing up early! I find that quite ironic, and I truly hope that young man finds a better job in a place that values him.
I had the Spicy Italian on Flatbread, chicken bacon ranch on Italian bread, turkey on Italian and they were delicious ????
Kelli at the Denham location is very rude . I placed order online and went to get she told me no order was placed and I less I want to pay for again she wasn't making the sandwiches.
