Only thing that upset me was that I had asked the boy at the front desk how to order a pizza and he told me to have a seat at any table and someone would be with us. No one came. I saw a server a couple times but they never came. I had to ask another person and they basically told me the same thing as the boy up front. I still waited. A girl came by and asked if we had been helped and she took our order but whomever was supposed to come never did.
We enjoyed our time there, finished it off with a cool beverage.
Food is on the pricey side for this area, but it’s totally worth it to go on a weeknight when they have specials and packages! Leaps and bounds better quality and experience than their competition, Schulmanns.
Work if ya wanna work sitting there eating like come on thats what break is for lol never got our chips and dip and messed up on drinks normally their good idk what happened today
Disappointing experience. Booked a party with mini golf and laser tag and 4 pizzas and a shirt for the birthday kid. Only got 2 of the 4 pizzas at first. Told our host and she had to find a manager. They then brought over 1 more pizza. A little while later they brought over a medium pizza…paid for a large. That would’ve been fine. However we were then told it might be “too wet” to play mini golf. Then was told it was fine. Another 10 minutes go by then we were told it was closed again!. I was offered vouchers for the inconvenience….mini golf is a 100 dollar add on for the size of my party. Waited for a manager to show up. They removed the mini golf. We never got the shirt for my daughter. And by the time the mini golf situation was sorted our hour was up in the party room. We were rushing to do cake and to feed everyone. Also a vest for the laser tag was broken and my daughter wasn’t able to play….on the way out we saw people outside playing mini golf!!!! Like I said for the price tag it was disappointing. Won’t be back for another party unfortunately.
