El Pollo Loco - Denton

Update: 9.3.21 I returned to the store drive thru and explained my order. the on duty manager immediately recognized the error and corrected it in front of location. She explained to me how the error was made, what I understood we all make mistakes and sometimes the hardest part admits it. she was super friendly and made me a fresh bowl and chips. I'm super happy that my first denton almost food was made right. I chose el pollo loco because they are all about cali and always good food, and of course the service. for the administration below, thank you for the answer and ready to correct the thing, but the before location business manager took care of them. I had no time to post a post after the picture, bc I had the meal in the car to eat, but it was made right

I and my man love to eat in el pollo loco in denton! eating is always good and the staff are very friendly. the manager angie is great! she goes out of her way to make the chicken cesar dish for me. it is not even on the menu and it is my favorite. I wish they would bring it back! angie for my visit in her location especially!

My man and I have dined there this afternoon, and that will be one of our return foods. eating was delicious, very well seasoned and we can definitely stay in our calorie count. I just wish I could prepare the choice as they do!. the staff was very friendly and friendly. thanks again for a very nice meal.

I am a regular customer at this place, and I am always greeted by lavonte and the rest of the crew. they make me feel very welcome. angie, the general manager, always comes out to welcome me and make sure my order is on place. she also apparently treats her employees with respect and has no fear of working with them. many thanks to pollo loco in denton! and always my zilantro and swirl on the side!

Really good, fresh food! The double chicken avocado salad was a great buy. Do not let the sort of run down interior fool you. They need to fix things up inside but the food is worth it.
