It's Just Wings - Denton

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

My wife's water broke unexpectedly, and I was at a loss for what to do. One of the servers, Chris, quickly rushed to my car and helped us through the delivery process right there! He truly is a hero. After delivering our baby, he went inside and generously offered our family 50 wings with three different sauces and a family-sized order of fries. The service was outstanding. As for kid-friendliness? Just ask our newborn!

The location is a bit confusing. Is it a Chili's? Is it just a takeout place? The wings were decent.

The service was lacking; our plates weren't cleared away after we finished eating. I was waiting for the server to ask for more mayonnaise, but she was busy restocking napkins instead. It's frustrating to see a manager directing her to do that while she should be attending to a table of twelve customers. The overall management of this Chili's is poor. When I went to the restroom, it was dirty, and I noticed that other tables weren't being cleared either. As a former waitress, I know that clearing tables is essential! I really don't understand what's going wrong at this Chili's. They seem to struggle with managing customer service, ensuring food is cooked properly, and keeping the tables bussed. I won’t be returning.
