Jonuzi's Pizza - Denton

Fast preparation time and the quality is incomparable in denton. the owner is very friendly. jonuzi’s is a must try them will certainly be back!

I was craving good pizza so I hopped on Yelp to see what was around that wasn't Pizza Hut or similar **** and decided to give this place a shot. Atmosphere was just a little hole in the wall with a few tables and a TV. It's a pizza place so I'm sure mostly they do orders and carry out though. I got the lunch special that was a 12 pizza with 2 toppings and a drink for 9.99. The pizza came out about 15 minutes later and it was big. No way I could eat the whole thing in one sitting so that made the price even better because I got two meals for 10. The dough was very good and if it's not made from scratch then they buy good dough from somewhere else. Very good and I'll definitely go back. Talked to the owner and he said their Philly Cheesesteak is actually their number 1 seller so I'll probably have to give that a try as well.

New York has big slices but Jonuzis New Jersey style pizza is hands down the best in Denton it's sure to make your stomach cramp in all the right ways and their specials make it the best. Plus who doesn't like going to pick up their own pizza what do we need a underpaid person to do the delivery to us?!

Finally some good crust! Moved to Denton this past year and have tried most of the pizza in town, but this is the one. My girlfriend went to school in new york for several years so I have had a lot of good pizza in Brooklyn and the east village. I understand you can’t get the exact same crust without the new york water and air but this is as good as you are going to get in Texas I’m sure.Will be getting my pizza from here as long as I’m in Denton.

After a 2 month absence went there and ordered a cheeseburger. It was was the best we have ever had. It was better than McDonald's, Wendy's, burger King or sonic. It was so good that we ordered 2 cheeseburger combos for dinner. They were the best and even the French fries were seasoned great. If you are in Denton and want a cheeseburger go here. I give it 5 stars
