Pizza Hut - Denton

I have tried this Pizza Hut in the past and it wasn’t that good. I stayed away for a while, when I came back. The atmosphere was living and the personal that works there was great. I’ll keep ordering from this place from now on. The pizza and wings was hot and the cheese was great. ?

Just got a big box combo to feed the family tonight and ran to Pizza Hut it was made in perfect time it was hot and fresh everything was melted just right the meat was nice and tender there was no hard pieces that hurt my teeth honestly I want to say thank you to all the staff and the management very happy and can't wait to come back thank you so much

This Pizza Hut was great until recent new management. Waited 45 minutes for an app pickup order that said was ready, pizza was cold, little cheese and very dry. Called management but no return call. Will not order again. It’s a shame because it used to be consistently good.

Took this quick hire that was close to home job in desperation after transmission went out. Don’t let the new management sign fool you. They are racist unprofessional. The food is not properly handle. No one washes hands between stations or after breaks. There is a vent with drooping paint above the food station. I literally flicked paint chips of raw dough. When I pointed it out to the area mgr, she acted like no big deal. Shrugged and said building is old. The pans tubs used for dough prep are corroded never washed properly. They toss dirty dishes in a trash can on wheels that’s never cleaned. They have you watch videos that set the standards of Pizza Hut but no one follows them. You’re scheduled for 5-6hr shifts, 6 days a week and have to take a 30min lunch. You barely get 30 hours. I asked three people about pay schedule and never got the same answer. Be careful, you may trip over a child or have to talk to one while working, as the mgr brings her 11yr old kid to work. Her other adult kid works there as well but gets favoritism does no work unless area mgr in bldg. Mom lets her do as she wants. My first night EVERY staff was standing at their stations texting when I walked around. Management is racist expressed joy in terminating all the previous African American staff after events Friday night. For an organization that prides on equality, it was disgusting to experience. I then was scolded for my work ethic after approaching management about my concerns. I was literally yelled at to a place where I had to remind her repeatedly I wasn’t her child. The embarrassment Pizza Hut should have after the videos I watched!! They were all about pride, professionalism doing it right; this store, not so much.

This is the only Pizza Hut you should eat at. Pizzas are always good, the workers work hard! And my card actually declines at the one by my house. And the newer store has an underlying attitude problem and food goes bad quick. If those aren't huge red flags then maybe their customers are.
