I had asked if the cookies were fresh cookies fresh from the oven they told me yes . I had got them and checked them and they were not fresh . They were cold and old

I met Veronica the owner at a networking event. Super nice and gracious. The cookies she gave us were great!I stopped by the store, and she wasn’t in. Bought half a dozen, 3 Smores and 3 Oatmeal Explosions. The cookies were AMAZING and tasted SO delicious. Literal 10/10 cookies. Family loved them.Can’t remember her name, but the girl at the front had great customer service as well.This is a must-stop-by in Denton! I will definitely frequent for all of my cookie desires. Better than the other cookie chain stores in-town.

I recently developed a dairy allergy after problems with my immune system, and it flipped my world upside down- I thought I'd never eat a genuinely amazing cookie ever again. Thank you SO MUCH to the owner and folks at the Cookie Crave. A lot of places in Denton have vegan food, but don't go the extra mile to make it safe. I'm so happy to have a place I can trust. I'll be back for sure!!

Great place with a great customer service. Plenty of cookies to choose from as well as teas!
