Feedback gevenIt turned out that the restaurant was closed, but the bar area was open. We could wonder in and sit in the bar area. (They were serving food in the bar area. This was not the restaurant experience we expected making a reservation using OpenTable. Furthermore, the menu they gave us was not the same as the menu that was on the website (many of the online menu items were no longer offered . We ended up leaving, because what we had picked out to eat was not offered. This restaurant is sometimes open sometimes closed (and sometimes partially open using the bar area . It was a disappointment (and a waste of some time due to the inaccurate representation on the Internet. Note: the ratings above can be disregarded because we did not actually eat the food. Unfortunately, in order to submit this online form, I'm required to make an answer. Therefore, I'll give a random 3 stars.
So I booked this reservation, got a confirmation, everything seemed good. Go to the restaurant, it's closed. Great. Niiiiiice job, guys.
Restaurant did not exist. Is the breakfast of the hotel nook. They did not apologize and no one seems to manage this open table account.
Great food, great server. I think his name was Jerome. He went out his way to do small things to make our experience a special, including finding heavy cream for coffee.
Menu is so-so, food is okay, service is slow, a little on the noise side. Of course, I wouldn't leave the way to eat there. I would have eaten somewhere else if I wasn't in Sheraton.
