Apple Blossom - Denver

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant during a week-long conference. The ingredients were fresh and vibrant, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. For lunch, the golden ointment with salmon was excellent. For dinner (at 9 PM on a weeknight when all other kitchens were closed), the soup truly stole the show. I hardly remember my main course because the soup was that good. Three cheers for the team and their kitchen!

Is there any chance they could provide regular tomato ketchup instead? There’s a reason why traditional condiments exist, right? If they want to create house-made sauces, they could at least offer a classic tomato ketchup or an interesting mayo. Skipping the beet ketchup or providing alternatives would be appreciated. The burger was frustrating, and I feel bad for the animal that had to sacrifice its life for this poor preparation. On the brighter side, I did have breakfast here too, and that was quite nice.

Had a terrific dinner here with wonderful food and good, friendly service. The menu is seasonal and everything was fresh; perfect for early summer. Our table shared apps: scallops, their riff on fancy spam, and a burrata. All were very good. Two pastas that were light but well and interestingly flavored and a truffle radish dish that was awesome. Like other restaurants these chefs have created, they do great, inventive things with veggies. We will definitely be back.

10/10 This restaurant does not disappoint. The cocktails are refreshing and unique. I highly recommend the Colorado Daiquiri, it is unlike any Daiquiri I have ever had.The food exceeded our expectations at every turn. You can taste the amount of care that is put into each dish. The way such subtle beautiful flavors dance on each taste bud tantalizing your senses was an experience in itself.Beautiful views, great service, impeccable cocktails and food that you wish was on your plate every night.Go to Apple Blossom. It will not disappoint.

I had a great breakfast here this morning. The service and food were both excellent. My family ordered the breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, and the banana foster French toast. We also enjoyed lattes, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a lavender lemonade. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend this place if you're in downtown Denver!
