Arby's - Denver

I hadn't been to an Arby's in a while, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much better the food has become, with a greater variety of options. The sauce on the chicken was especially delicious.

The restaurant is very clean, and the staff are friendly. I usually order my favorite sandwich, the campo fish.

This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever visited. The staff is incredible, the service is quick, and the food is excellent too!

I was really disappointed with my experience this evening. The fries were stale, and my five jalapeño bites had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. My French dip sandwich was not good at all. I requested extra cheese, but it seemed like they just dumped a bunch on top of the bread without any thought, then added some roast beef. It felt like it wasn’t prepared with care. I hope you take the time to improve and serve food that you would enjoy eating yourself. I’m not sure I’ll be coming back to this location.

I dislike having to write so many average reviews, but someone has to do it or nothing will improve. This time, I went for something simple: a slider. It should have been straightforward, with just three ingredients: bun, meat, and cheese. However, the meat was definitely off in some way. I can't quite put my finger on what went wrong, but I've ordered this dish many times before, and this time it was quite off-putting. Still, I don't think this will be my last visit here.
