The service was not bad. but the restaurant was not clean toilet discussed. I have the speckburger I didn't know that the burgers are so flat when they are, but it was flat I felt like I was eating a blt and it was dry. the fry’s was the only thing I got that was fresh. I would probably come back to fry’s and a drink, but I’m good at everything else.

I went through the drive-thru and didn't receive the cookies I ordered, so I went back to address the issue. They apologized and said they were out of order. Instead of resolving my issue, they offered me some fries, which tasted at least a day old. Additionally, the chicken sandwich I received was old and tough. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The location was oddly positioned, and the atmosphere felt somewhat unintentional. The staff was quite unusual and a bit unfriendly, and the soft serve ice cream was truly disappointing.

Worst experience at a fast eating place ever. I order my food and wait 20 minutes and they still have not my order or even confirm that they make my order..sid oh I'm sorry... thanks for the wasting of my entire lunch break.

I had the worst drive-through experience here and A&W used to be my favorite place to get fast food. The workers are young and extremely disrespectful to the point where I considered driving away and not even waiting for my food. Such a shame.. they need to train their employees better and educate them on customer service and basic respect.
