Burgerim - Denver

My mother recently visited Denver for the first time, but she has mobility issues, and my brother hadn’t arrived in the city yet to take her out to eat. I reached out to Burger IM and spoke with the manager, Amen. I must say, this young man went above and beyond with his exceptional customer service. He personally delivered my mother's food to her. I highly recommend Burger IM, not only for their amazing food but also for their outstanding customer service. Thank you, Amen! We will definitely recommend your restaurant and look forward to coming back.

I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago while traveling. The food and service were nice, but my partner discovered some pieces of slime mold in their fountain drink. It seems like the soda and ice machine could use some more cleaning.

The beef was small, dry, and lacking in flavor. It's amusing because it costs nearly ten times more than Wendy's or McDonald's, yet the taste is ten times worse. They didn't have lamb available, so I had to settle for all beef. The onion rings were delicious, but this isn't an onion ring restaurant—it's supposed to be a burger place, and unfortunately, they don't serve good burgers.

I was impressed with their fries. They had a great taste without ketchup because they were cooked and seasoned well. I tried three different burgers (one chicken, two different beef sliders) also but none of them rocked me because they were all pretty dry. I suggest asking for extra sauce to play it safe.

Interesting menu with options like the falafel burger or lamb burger which was my choice), and several others. The fries were fresh and delicious, with a generous sized burger. My one complaint was that the burger was completely unseasoned and VERY bland, which would have been forgiveable if the price wasn't premium. I am willing to pay a higher price for a high quality burger but unfortunately this one fell flat for me.
