Chipotle Mexican Grill - Denver

The restaurant review was written about a thin, brown, hairy man who worked on July 21, 2022 at 6:14 PM. The reviewer felt that this individual should find a job that does not involve interacting with the public because of his extreme rudeness. The man argued with the reviewer over free sides in a child's quesadilla meal, including challenging the placement of a free side. Additionally, he forgot to include a side tortilla that was requested. The reviewer found the man's behavior to be unacceptable and noted that this was not the first time he had been rude. The only positive mention in the review was for a female employee with gauges who was deemed to be a good worker.

I ordered online and received the smallest burrito I've ever seen from Chipotle, with an excessive amount of extra tortilla. I do not plan on returning to this place.

It's not often that I walk into a fast food restaurant with high expectations, but this place exceeded them all. I was not only impressed as a returning customer, but also amazed by the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by Alohra (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She took my order with such care and attention, treating me as if I were family. She truly is an artist, creating delicious chicken nacho bowls as if they were her masterpiece. Lewis also took the time to chat with me and seemed genuinely interested in how my day was going. And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Jason stepped in to ensure that my order was perfect. I can't say enough positive things about this restaurant and its staff. Keep up the great work, it doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated.

So I decided to boycott chipotle for the next year for repeated worse experiences at several dense locations. I'm just here today because I'm using the last of my reward points thank you for reminding me why I'm now official QDOBA supporter this place had strongly boiled white rice. I had to throw my bowl away..ab to qdoba I was going. can not even win with chipotle if it is free

Had the Garlic Guajillo Steak burrito bowl it was good. But not earth shattering. You won't be disappointed
